Digital product refund policy
Clear rules help protect both the customer and the seller.
Before download approval
A customer may contact support to request cancellation while payment is still under review and no file access has been enabled. Approval depends on payment status and processing costs.
After file access
Digital products are generally non-refundable after download access is enabled or a file has been downloaded because the product cannot be physically returned.
Wrong or defective file
If the delivered file does not match the purchased listing or is technically corrupted, the customer should contact support promptly with the order number and evidence. The seller may replace or correct the file.
Customer compatibility mistakes
A refund may be refused when the customer purchased a file for the wrong vehicle, meter, chip or version despite clear compatibility information.
Payment disputes
Fraudulent chargebacks, altered payment proof or unauthorized distribution may lead to account suspension and cancellation of access.
