Product compatibility
Customers must compare the product listing with the exact vehicle, meter, chip and required mileage. Support should be contacted before payment when compatibility is uncertain.
Technical responsibility
Digital files should be used by a person with suitable tools and technical knowledge. The original meter data should be backed up before writing any replacement file.
Payment and access
Payment confirmation depends on successful FuturePay verification. Download access begins only after the order is marked Paid or Completed.
Account security
Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials. Purchased files and download links may not be shared, resold or distributed unless the seller gives written permission.
Changes
The business may correct listing errors, update files, change prices or suspend access where fraud, misuse or payment reversal is suspected.
Final review required
